By accessing or using the Oozoni platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Oozoni reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Oozoni is an online marketplace that connects travelers ("Tourists") with local experts ("Local Guides") in cities around the world. Oozoni facilitates connections and communications between users but is not itself a travel agency, tour operator, or provider of guide services.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any guide services offered through the platform. Tourists use guides' services at their own risk.

To use most features of Oozoni, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• Not create accounts for others without their permission
• Not operate more than one account per person

Oozoni reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you register as a Local Guide, you additionally agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about your background, expertise, and services
• Conduct all guide activities in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations
• Obtain any required licenses or permits necessary to offer guide services in your jurisdiction
• Treat all tourists with respect and professionalism
• Not misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Honor commitments made to tourists through the platform

Oozoni may verify guide information and reserves the right to remove or suspend guides who provide false information or violate platform standards.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform without permission
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent Oozoni's systems to conduct transactions outside the platform

You retain ownership of content you post on Oozoni (profile text, reviews, photos). By posting content, you grant Oozoni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

All other content on the platform , including the Oozoni name, logo, design, and software , is owned by or licensed to Oozoni and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Oozoni's review system depends on honest, firsthand feedback. You agree to only submit reviews for guides you have personally engaged with, and to provide fair, accurate, and non-defamatory assessments. Oozoni reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines or that are suspected to be fraudulent.

The Oozoni Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Oozoni does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Oozoni is a platform that connects users. We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or inactions of any Tourist or Local Guide, whether online or offline. Any interactions between users , including guide services , are solely between those users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oozoni and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Oozoni in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oozoni and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you post on the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oozoni is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Oozoni may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
